Spring 2011

Quinlin and Art take a break from dying Easter eggs for a quick picture.

The boys showing off all of their colored Easter eggs.

A rare shot of both boys dressed nicely and standing still.

Early May brought warm temperatures and a chance to splash in a pool while family was visiting.

Egan and Grand mom.

Egan and his soccer team posing for pictures at the end of their undefeated season.

Quinlin lent a hand foot to help make a quilt that was auctioned off to support his preschool.  It sold for well over 150 bucks!

We visited Chattanooga at the end of May.  This old street car at the Chattanooga Cho-Cho still makes tourist tours daily.

We spent the day out with Thomas along with our cousins at the TN Valley Railroad.

The O'Brien family with the famous blue engine.

The TN Valley railroad sits along a very busy freight line.  This BNSF locomotive was pulling a long train of coal.

The boys will always stop to watch a train.

The afternoon was spent at the Creative Discovery Museum.  This display was all about river transportation.

Egan watching the flow downstream of the draw bridge.

Quinlin digging up some fossils in the dinosaur room.

Egan using the multiplying power of pulleys to easily lift his own weight.

The whole crew taking a break before heading out on our next adventure.
